Principal Coleman

Welcome to Whiteville Elementary School! I am honored to serve as your principal and excited to partner with our students, families, staff, and community.

With more than 20 years of experience in education, I have served as a classroom teacher, mentor, Instructional Facilitator, RTI² Instructional Support Advisor, and Dean of Students. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Learning (K–8) from the University of Tennessee at Martin, a Master of Science in Education from the University of Phoenix and an Instructional Leadership Endorsement from Bethel University.

I believe every child deserves a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where they are encouraged to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential. By building strong relationships between home, school, and the community, we can create meaningful learning experiences that empower every student to succeed.

I am excited to lead Whiteville Elementary as we embrace our theme, “Every Lion. Every Day. Roaring Toward Greatness,” and continue working together to help every child thrive.
